Privacy Policy

To confirm a reservation, a deposit of 50€ per participant is required.

A reservation is considered confirmed only after the deposit has been received.

The deposit allows us to reserve guides, transportation, accommodations, mountain refuges, and other services required for your trek.

Cancellations made at least 7 days before the chosen trek date are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the chosen trek date are eligible for a half refund.

In exceptional circumstances, Atlas Toubkal Trek reserves the right to review cancellation requests individually.

Prices are based on the number of participants included in the reservation at the time of booking.

For example, if two friends make a reservation together, they receive the two-person rate. If three friends reserve together, they receive the three-person rate.

Separate reservations remain separate reservations, even if participants are later combined into the same trekking group.

Atlas Toubkal Trek may combine separate bookings into small groups of up to six participants while keeping the originally agreed price for each reservation.

During our treks and tours, we may ask for permission to take photographs or videos.

By providing your consent, you allow Atlas Toubkal Trek to use these images on our website, social media pages, blog articles, promotional materials, and marketing content.

Guests are free to decline photography requests.

Most trekking packages include transportation between Marrakech and Imlil.

Guests who arrange their own transportation may receive a discount of approximately 5% of the package price.

The exact discount may vary depending on the selected trek.
